The mockup poster “lover’s locket, Eve” is a digital illustration and diptych that represents the further blurred line between enemy and love in the show Killing Eve. Over the course of the seasons, Eve and Villanelle move through a back and forth cat and mouse relationship that involves betrayal, chase, budding trust, and the questioning of the level of concern they have for each other. Towards the end of season three and teasing of season four, Eve and Villanelle transition into a stage where they begin to only trust and rely on each other as they question and deal with the institutions they each belonged to. Thus this illustration is created with the intention of capturing the fondness, care and possible love they hold for each other in the final episode of season three.
